We Absolutely Guarantee The Delivery And Satisfaction Of Your Product Or Your Money Back
If you are not satisfied with your product or it has not arrived within 19 business days, please contact us and we can provide you with a full refund. We are a pharmacy subject to state and federal laws therefore we are not allowed to restock sold items. Therefore, we are unable to accept returned prescription medications for a refund. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so only before it has been charged and processed. In order to cancel your order, you will need to contact our costumer service by phone or live chat.
Shipping & Reship Policy
Our pharmacies ship worldwide. If you are unable to select your country at the checkout phase, please contact us. Once the pharmacy has received your order, it is packed and inspected for quality assurance. Generally an order that is received at our fulfillment center is sent out within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped by USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you 72 hours after your order is shipped. Delivery time is 8-15 business days from the day your package has left our pharmacy. If for any reason the order is not delivered within 8-15 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the case.
