What is your ordering process?

Simply fill out the order form on our website and your order will arrive within 8-15 business days. We ship to any personal address, including P.O.Boxes/APO/FPO address.


How do I place an order on your website?

Select a category from the menu on the left, PRODUCT LIST and click on the product you want to order (be aware of different dosages for different products). This will take you to the selected product where you can choose the quantity of your order. Then click on the BUY button to add the product to your shopping cart. You can also add different products to your shopping cart by repeating these steps. You can see your shopping cart at the end  (you can also find your shopping cart link, MY CART on the top menu). When you are done click CHECK OUT. Fill out the required information on the order form, steps 1,2 and 3 then SUBMIT ORDER.


How long will it take until I receive my order?

Our shipping time is 8-15 working days. However, most our orders end up arriving early. We are not responsible for orders lost due to unreliable postal services or incorrect address details. However, we will reship free of charge under certain circumstances.



Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?

No you do not. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you may arange for a redelivery through the usps website or pick your package up from your local post office. If you are not going to be home for more than a week, please contact your postoffice to hold your mail so our package is not sent back to us.
